Thank you to everyone who trusted us with their time, their effort, and their willingness to step onto the mat this year. This place exists because of the people in it. The ones who showed up tired, unsure, or stretched thin and still chose to train. Those moments matter more than you probably realize. Running this space is something we do not take lightly. It is an honor to be part of so many individual journeys and we are deeply grateful for the community that continues to grow here.
